Where can I get your products?

You can check our "Where to Find Us" section in the main menu; We have several points of sale in Mexico, soon in the United States, our online store, and our location in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.

How do you prepare your chocolates and coffee?

Our chocolate and coffee products are made weekly to deliver them to you as freshly as possible. We use high quality processes and specific machinery for each product.

Do you offer free shipping?

Of course! If you live in Nuevo León, shipping is free over $500; For other states, it is free over $700. We ship to all of Mexico!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Although parcels are not perfect and may show delays, we at Ruta99 are committed to processing your order as soon as possible. If you place an order before 12 pm, we will ship it that same day. We always look for business relationships with companies dedicated 100% to the shipping service, that do not mistreat your order and that it arrives on time. They will usually arrive within 2-5 business days of ordering.

Are my purchases safe?

All the information you enter is secure, we will never use your data for purposes other than those stipulated in our privacy policies. We use safe and reliable links so you have the confidence to buy freely.

What happens if my product arrives in poor condition?

Even knowing that transportation to your home is out of our hands, we are responsible for any inconvenience that may occur. If your order arrives destroyed, incomplete or incorrect, contact us immediately! We are here to serve you and we will give you the choice of a refund or a new shipment to your home.
